I bought a stereo splitter from Best Buy , and I turned out split out, the problem is I am hearing the same track on my headphone and speaker , it is not splitting the songs for precueing. Please see images. Am I doing anything wrong or do I need different adapter.
I could not buy the recommended splitter that you posted from amazon it is out of stock.
