Preview MIDI function on Windows doesn't work same as on macOS

  • Version of djay : 5.x.x
  • Hardware/controllers used : Mixtour Pro, Traktor Control X1, Numark Omnicontrol

Summary of the issue:

In the Windows version, the preview function via midi mapping does not work in the same way as in the Mac version.
If you map the preview function to a button on a controller (Mixtour Pro, Traktor Control X1, Numark Omnicontrol), you can start the preview mode. All good so far.
However, if you then want to continue browsing during the preview, the focus is no longer in the track list, but in the playlist selection on the left.
Surely that shouldn’t be the case?

I noticed this some time ago. So it has nothing to do with the current version of DJay.

Sorry, I meant Traktor Control X1.
But it doesn’t really matter what kind of controller you do it with.
