  1. What Windows device are you using?
  2. What version of djay Pro are you using?
  3. Is this issue easily reproducible?

Thank you for reaching back out with those answers as well as for your patience.

Please note that the most likely reason as to why you’ve been experiencing this issue is due to the fact that djay Pro for Windows is not natively supported on Windows 11 as of yet.

Our dev team is working hard to bring that Windows 11 integration to djay Pro and we will update this thread accordingly as new information comes in.

I will pass this info along to them for further review.
