problem with jog pitch bend mode

Hello, i’m using my philips m1xdj with both ipad mini 1 and iphone 6, both work well.

Even when the ‘Jog Pitch Bend Mode’ is turned off, the second jog is still function in pitch bend mode. I have this issue with both the iphone and ipad on my philips m1xdj.

What can I do to fix it??

To clalrify:

When “jog mode Pitch Bend” is turn off in MIDI settings on the djay app, and ‘JOG MODE’ is turn off in the m1xdj:

Both wheels function going up or down in the track moving very fast.

When “jog mode Pitch Bend” is turn off in MIDI settings on the djay app, and ‘JOG MODE’ is turn on in the m1xdj:

The wheel on the left function as jog but the wheel on the right function as pitch bend. Of course what I want is both wheels scratching in this case.

No… and not only it is not fixed… now the left wheel does not work anymore…

I know this was a long time ago but I am having a similar issue. Did you ever get this resolved? If so, what was the fix?
