Bothe the left and right platers are none responsive unless I touch the controller
With one hand and a plater with another this happens with head phones and speakers I’ve tried to disconnect on of the them to see if that made a difference but it did not I even tried to connect different sound set up and still the problem presets
I need this to work like it should this is how I make my money

Type of controller is the idj pro it started when I got it out the box about 3 months ago I up dated my I pad but no go its not working like I thought it would any ideas
