Problem with signing in on Windows

I purchased a subscription in windows and everything works fine, but when i sign in in windows or in android with the Microsoft account and try to restore purchase it says “we could not find active subscription to your account”. when i sign out in windows it goes back to normal.

Are you using any kind of email masking system that provides random addresses?

No, I got an email to verify the email, so i thought now it should work. but i tried again and it say “your purchases are linked to a different account”

Hi I’m not using VPN ,
when i sign in i choose signing in with Microsoft, I also tried the other options. It always says "your purchases are linked to a different account” ?

Hi @dimension7, thanks for the additional info. Please try the following:

  1. Delete the djay account (can be done at the bottom of the account info panel in djay).
  2. Restore purchases by clicking the “Restore Purchases” button at the bottom of the panel.
  3. Re-create the djay account by logging in again (can be using the same email / login method as the old account).
