Hello,
I have been trying to reach someone for a while with no luck.
I purchased a Pre-owned (like new) Vestax from Guitar Center about a month ago. The hardware came with a license code for the software, which is part of the reason I purchased it. Unfortunately when I type in this code, Djay notifies me that it has already been registered, most likely to the previous owner. Guitar Center told me upon purchase that there would be no problem solving this, but so far no one has gotten back to me.
How can you help, and how do we solve this problem?
