Problems with audio recording on Windows 10

Version of operating system: Windows 10 (19045.5073)
Version of djay: 5.2.10276.0
Hardware/controllers used: Reloop Buddy

Summary of the issue:
When I click “start new audio recording” an empty notification appears with just one bottom “ok”. After I click OK, an empty file is recording.
