Problems with CDJ3000 & DJM A9

Djay pro 5.2.1
2 x Cdj3000
1x Djm A9
wifi OFF
Bluetooth OFF
I’m Not Running other apps
Music from internal hardisk

Sorry to see that you’ve been experiencing this issue as of late.

So that I can better assist you, could you please answer the following questions:

  1. Does all of your hardware have the latest firmware installed, as well as drivers for your Mac?
  2. Does the issue happen when you have WiFi and Bluetooth turned on?
  3. Does the issue occur when you are at home in a non-public area?
  4. Have you tried exchanging the USB cabled you are using between the Mac and controllers to see if that resolves the issue?
  5. Are you using a USB-C hub with the Mac, and if so, what make/model is it?

I wanted to see if you’re still having issues with your setup since the release of djay v5.2.2.

We included several hardware improvements and general fixes.

I will try to replicate the problem , but not in my machine . Give me some days . Working every night , so , i don’t want to take the risk :slight_smile:
