Dear all. I have tried several times to get a license for djay pro. I click on the 7 days free button and log in on my apple music account. Then it leads me to my creditcard and i agree. And wenn i get back to djay pro log in it is back at the start. Have to start all over again.
What have i done wrong?
And tips.

Hi @mgm_van_rossum, welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. It could be an issue with your browser, VPN or proxy service. If you have another device like an iPhone or iPad, please download the djay app on there and try purchasing your subscription that way. Note that a single djay subscription allows you to use it cross-platform on multiple devices.

I have logged in with my iphone and apple pay/creditcard.
I can try to do so at my macbook. But it should also work at my iphone.

Have you double checked to make sure your credit card is not expired?
