Problems with Phase Dj

Hello, I can’t get Phase DJ to work with djay Pro.
I only have one turntable and a computer with Phase in HID mode.
But unfortunately, djay Pro doesn’t recognize it! Where could the problem come from?
I’m using Windows 11, the latest version.

I have installed ASIO drivers, but nothing appears in MIDI. However, when I downloaded Virtual DJ, it recognized it immediately.

My question is: Do you absolutely need to use a DVS mixer?

@Dlp_77 according to the setup guide above, you don’t need a DVS mixer if you’re using HID mode. Otherwise you do.

Can you please confirm that you have an active djay Pro subscription?
