- Are you using any USB adapters or hubs to connect your controller to your laptop? If so please try connecting directly instead.
- Please also try using a different USB cable. Preferably a high quality one with dual ferrites on either end.
- You could also try connecting to a different USB port on your Mac.
- If that doesn’t solve it, can you please install the MIDI Monitor app and do a screen recording while scratching so we can confirm the proper MIDI signals are being sent?
