Rane 70 midi mapping corrections

Hi there,

Allow me to share my version of Rane 70 midi mapping with some corrections to the default one.

Deck 1 Cue 5, midi out wasn’t enable
Deck 1 Cue 2, colour not following the one in the app
Instant double left button wasn’t mapped

Don’t hesitate to share if you find anything else…

Just the 3 corections mentionned above…

The default midi mapping wasn’t correct.

Latest 4.09 is now ok for rane seventy mapping.
