- Since this sounds repeatable, can you please capture and share a short screen recording of the issue to help clarify what’s happening?
- This sounds like an intermittent connection issue. How exactly are you connecting the hardware to your Mac? Any hubs or USB adapters?
- Have you tried using a different, high-quality, properly shielded, USB cable with dual ferrites?
- Have you tried connecting to a different USB port on your Mac?
