  1. Since this sounds repeatable, can you please capture and share a short screen recording of the issue to help clarify what’s happening?
  2. This sounds like an intermittent connection issue. How exactly are you connecting the hardware to your Mac? Any hubs or USB adapters?
  3. Have you tried using a different, high-quality, properly shielded, USB cable with dual ferrites?
  4. Have you tried connecting to a different USB port on your Mac?
