RANE Performer Deck 1 & 2 issue

YOUR QUESTION / SUGGESTION / FEEDBACK:
Mixer Mode: Sound is only coming out of Deck 1 and not Deck 2.
When I setup using (Internal) mode it plays to both decks 1 and 2 correctly. When I set to (External) mode is where the issue plays all the sound for Deck 1 and 2 and not Deck 2 sound separately. So when that happens the meter level all only shows Deck 1 but for both decks.
I triple check everything still can’t figure this issue out.

Keep controller connected as is. Bottom left of same screen, there’s a tiny drop-down arrow. Click it, and “Reset to Defaults”
Do nothing else

Hi @Jamar_L, welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. Please note that the RANE Performer is an External Mixer Mode ONLY device. Please select the pop-up menu at the bottom left of the Audio Devices Settings and select Reset to Defaults. This should correct the audio settings automatically. Thanks!
