Summary of the issue:
When, for example, the Instrumental/Acapella buttons are pressed, there is a delay before the “effect” takes place. This issue does not occur directly in the software.
How to reproduce the issue:
Press the buttons for Neuralmix control.

Hi, @Slak_Jaw, I tried it, and yes, when Keylock is turned off, there is no longer a delay. Since you suggested this, I assume the problem is known. When can we expect a solution for this? Thanks in advance for your help.
Hi @burnee_mac, thanks for confirming. With Keylock enabled this adds a latency that only affects NM related activation or deactivation of effects / mute / solo. This is a known performance limitation that the engineering team is already investigating. Thanks!

Ok, wow. Keylock is also one of the core features that I think every DJ uses by default. Having to choose between the Neural Mix delay and Keylock is not an option, in my opinion. I’m confident that the development team will fix this in one of the upcoming releases.
Fact! Serato doesn’t have this weird issue! Please fix this bug!!
I can only repeat it, it’s really annoying. Please fix this as quickly as possible.
Are there any updates or information on when this will finally be fixed? In version 5.4.2 the bug is still present. If this gets resolved, I would very likely start using djay again, but as a Rane Performer user it’s a no-go for me in its current state!
