Rane Performer main crossfader not working in external mode

Hardware/controllers used: Rane Performer

Main crossfader not working in external mixer mode: everything works fine but the main crossfader doesn’t work on the main output, only individual (vertical) crossfaders… I’m not taking about the software doesn’t show the movement, which is fine as for the rest of the knobs for eq and so on that affects the sound, but moving the crossfader doesn’t make any change in the main output. Am I missing something?

Which crossfader? The one on the Performer or the one in the software?

FYI external mixer mode is what it says on the tin. The mixing is done on the hardware, not the software.

Solved!!! I did forgot to set every L-R switch properly on the front panel of the Performer for every channel (1 to 4)… sorry about my ignorance :bowing_man:
