Software not responding with waveforms not hot cues…etc…

Is connected to correct usb port?
Is the a midi mapping active?

What do you mean the correct USB port?
And as far as midi mapping …why does it have to be enabled the performer doesn’t work “plug and play” with the new update?

Well yes it should be plug and play. Check though to see if it’s there. I don’t have a performer but it looks like it has 2 usb ports.
