Your question:
Hi everybody,
If I have a song playing on either deck and I load another one on it while the first is playing, it starts the song, even if that is not enabled in settings. Is there something else I can adjust so the song loads but doesn’t play?
Actually related to this…I see when a song ends, the platters are still turning. So when I load a song, it just starts playing immediately. Is there a way to have the song stop when it reaches the end?
Thanks!
Donny
In Settings/General/Song Loading make sure Start Playback is off.
In regards to the platter still turning, This is also an issue with the Rane One which would be good if it didn’t do this, Funnily enough, a while back in previous versions it never did this,When the track stopped, so did the platter stop moving

Thanks for the solution again @maurizio_T. Can you confirm if that solves your issue @doncolga?
Regarding the motor not stopping, this is currently expected behavior with spinning platters. Thanks!
Hey,
Yes I already have the setting that was suggested. The option is set to have songs NOT play automatically when loaded on a deck. However, if you load a song an a spinning platter, it starts playing anyway. Not a huge deal, I just have to stop the deck every time.

Hi @doncolga, I spoke with our engineering team and this is intended behavior. For all motorized controllers, this is intended to closely emulate the behavior of a DVS setup. The idea is to allow you to drop a song on time with the decks playing. This is not adjustable via the Start Playback setting when using motorized controllers. I hope that helps.
