    • Hardware firmware version: 5.2.0

A) SUMMARY OF ISSUE:

  • Cue does not automatically switch based on crossfader position

B) DETAILED STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Load two tracks

  2. Have cue set on track you’re currently not playing

  3. Switch crossfader to other track

  4. Cue remains on the same track

  5. Cue does not auto-switch

C) EXPECTED RESULTS:

  • Cue auto-switches to other track

D) ACTUAL RESULTS:

  • Same track remains on cue

Hi @gizmo, this feature is also not supported on this hardware because it is an External Mixer Mode device. As such, djay has no way of knowing where the Crossfader position is. Again this is unfortunately a hardware limitation.

Ahh! Thanks again. Understding it’s a hardware limitation.

Love many new features RS1 + djay offers. Retraining my workflow on features that are lost with this device :face_without_mouth:
