Is it possible to use two Rane 12’s with a controller like the Beatpad 2 or something similar? Want to use the controller as a mixer until I can afford the Seventy. Any suggestions on what would work best?

Yes! You can connect several controllers and map them however you’d like. Simply connect all USBs to an iOS-compatible USB-Hub.
