I can’t connect my Rane Twelves MKII’s to the Djay Pro Algoriddim, my Rane Seventy-Two mixer connects to the Djay Pro Algoriddim software on my windows laptop. The Rane Seventy-Two mixer shows up on the Djay Pro software when I power it on. The Rane Twelves MKII’s doesn’t connect at all. All the DJ gear works great and connects with serato DJ Pro on the same windows laptop. What steps do I need to take to connect my rane Twelve MKII’s to the Djay Pro Algoriddim?

Hello again @Sniper_One, did you recently update to Windows 11 25H2? If so, there are some known MIDI and connection issues with this OS. Please see below for more info and some recommended work arounds. I suggest you start by first downloading the latest version of djay from the official Microsoft Store.
