RCA cables reversed warning

Reloop Elite

I am unable to use the control vinyl because every time I calibrate, it says that the RCA’s are reversed. I have reversed them and I still get the same message. Any help from the community will be appreciated. I put in a ticket with algoriddems support team over two months ago and never got a response.

Anybody? I see people are viewing the post but not responding. I expected to be ignored by algoriddem,but not the community (smh). I’m done with this DVS.

Hi @Tre_Conley, welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue.

  1. Can you please share a screenshot of the error?
  2. Can you please confirm that you are connected to the Phono inputs on the Reloop Elite?
  3. Are the input switches on the Reloop Elite set to Phono as well (not Line)?
  4. Are you using any RCA adapters or extensions?
  5. Have you tried different RCA cables?
  6. Are your turntables properly grounded?
  7. Are you running the latest Reloop Elite firmware?
