Thank you very much for that information, for the time to record, edit the video and teach us how to do it… I did the same, I had to install Java on Windows. but I tried to get controllers available in other OS to work… so that they work on Android… I copied the mappings of a Hercules Impulse 300 mk2 and a Numark Mixtrack Platinum FX thinking that when compiling the apk it would work… but no. It does not recognize the mappings. Apparently there is something else that makes it work… because when comparing the Hercules djcontrolmix mappings on Android, macOS and Windows… it is the same… there is a plist file that when opened with notepad… Unfortunately it doesn’t open… I imagine it has to do with something. But Android does recognize the controller’s sound card and audio comes out, but not the midi functions.
