"Refresh Library" isn't available for new Shortcut

I’m trying to create a new set of keyboard shortcuts, and I’m trying to recreate Command-R, which is Music Library - Refresh Library. It is available via the default key mapping, but when trying to create a new one, Refresh Library cannot be found in the list.

I can’t find this entry when creating an entirely new mapping:

Hi @kokernutz, thanks for the details about your setup and the issue - this is very helpful! When I made a copy of the Default mapping the Command+R → Refresh Library was automatically carried over. However, you are correct, that “Refresh Library” cannot be assigned to a different keyboard shortcut as it does not exist in the command library. I have passed this onto our engineering team for further review. Thanks!
