A) SUMMARY OF ISSUE:
I’m connecting the LC-6000 to a Reloop Flux and powering it with the flux USB hub, when using the LC-6000 I’m getting an error message telling me it’s consuming too much power. This works perfectly in Serato and i find it a bit weird that Djay is giving this warning when it’s the sound card that is providing the power. The Flux is powered from a mains socket.
Hi @STU-C, please contact Reloop regarding this. I experienced a similar issue when using the Reloop Stand Hub Pro with two LC6000’s and a Mixtour Pro. The workaround that was successful for me was to use my original iPad USB-C to C cable to connect my iPad to the hub. All other cables resulted in a similar issue.
@STU-C I think it has less to do with the cable specs, as far as power delivery goes, and more to do with proper handshaking between the iPad and the built-in Reloop hub. This is why only an genuine Apple cable worked for me. I tried several high quality, 100W PD, USB-CC cables that worked in all other situations without the Reloop hub.
