Reloop mixion 8 iPad Pro

Cannot connect to iPad Pro no matter what usb c cable I try., and yes firmware is updated and
ISO switch is on. Any help would be appreciated thank you

@angel.ortiz2 make sure you have your input sources for each channel switched to USB-A.
