I have bought Reloop Mixon 4 recently, however the controller keeps crashing, all the lights go off and nothing works, I have noticed that this keeps happening when I try to use the loop function. I have to switch the controller off and wait for a few minutes before switching it back on to get it back to normal.
I have contacted Reloop support team and their feedback was that this is a software issue rather than a hardware issue, please help.
