I’m reaching out regarding an issue with my Reloop Mixon 8 Pro controller, which is not being recognized by djay Pro. I’ve ensured that both the software and firmware are up to date and have followed standard troubleshooting steps, including restarting both the controller and software, and checking all connections. Could you provide guidance on how to resolve this compatibility issue?

Hi @Danny_Lopez,

  1. Please note which USB socket you are connected to on the back of the Mixon 8 and confirm that the USB-C/iOS switch on the back of the unit is in the corresponding position to match your USB connection.
  2. Next make sure the USB switches above each channel gain knob match the USB you are plugged into.
