- Device model: Ryzen7 / 16GB / 500GB
- Version of operating system: Windows 11
- Version of djay: 5.3.3
- Hardware/controllers used: Reloop Mixtour Pro (Latest firmware as of 25-06-16)
Your question/suggestion/feedback:
I have owned Reloop Mixtour Pro for almost a year now and though that I love the device, it still is a bit rough on the edges (atleast on Windows). Even if there is no major problems, there is still some things I hope Algoriddims can fix.
EQ / Filter knobs not tweaked for Djay Pro
When I put the EQ on the 9 o clock position, the software think they are completely off;
The Crossfader has similar issues:
Pitch doesn’t alter bpm by minor one value (0.1) but by minor three value (0.3). Or by 0.2%

Minor problems perhaps, but still annoying.
Thanks in advance!
Hi @djfredhaze, thanks for the details and screenshots related to your issues.
- The BPM precision is a known issue that our team is already investigating.
- I was not able to replicate your EQ and Crossfader issues on my Windows setup with the Mixtour Pro. Can you please confirm if you are using the (built-in) MIDI mapping or a custom edit.
- Can you please open the MIDI Learn tool in djay, turn the High EQ knob, expand the Advanced Control Options section, and share a screenshot of this?
- Please do the same for your Crossfader.
I’ll save you the screenshot for the built in Configuration, it looks the same
Thanks @djfredhaze, interesting. Do you have another device like an iPhone or iPad that you could test the Mixtour Pro with? This seems like it could be a hardware issue. I tested my Mixtour Pro with the latest firmware on Windows, iPhone, iPad and MacBook and it behaves as expected.
Must be a hardware issue then, as you said.
Going to re-install Djay Pro and do a bit of testing.
I’ll report back here if I find anything. Otherwise I see this case closed.
Thanks for your time Slak_Jaw!
