there are two situations with the application. 1. When the phone is not connected to the controller, there are no periodic clicks, and they appear only when switching settings. 2. When the phone is connected to the controller, there are periodic clicks during playback and when switching settings.

Hi @_360, our engineering was able to reproduce this and they’re investigating further. I’ll share more news when I have it.

Hi again @_360, are you running Android OS 15? If so, can you please try updating to Android 16 and retesting with the Mixtour Pro? Thanks!

hello. yes, I have Android 15 and Hyper OS 2 installed. but so far I can’t upgrade to Hyper OS 3 and Android 16, the update can’t be installed on my phone.

I have checked the Djay version 5.3.3 and there is no interference when switching settings on the “sound” tab. however, arbitrary clicks are also present during playback.

Thanks for confirming @_360. Are you able to downgrade to Android 14?

I don’t have that option either.

Okay. We are pretty sure this issue is mostly isolated to Android 15.

I tested DJAY on a Samsung S25+ phone with Android 16, the result is the same.
