Hello, friends. I have a problem with reloop mixtour pro and djay. I am using the latest version of the program on Android xiaomi 13 ultra. The controller’s power source is the new hoco PD 65w, after turning on the controller and starting music playback after about 50 seconds, clicks are heard, one approximately every 8 seconds. clicks both on the main output and in the headphones. all programs are closed, the Internet is turned off. The phone is turned on at maximum power, the wires are new, and replacing them does not affect the problem. but there is no such problem if I use the controller with traktor 4 pro. Can you tell me what the problem is?

- Do you have the switch on the front of the Mixtour Pro set to Stereo or Mono?
- Please share screenshots of your djay Settings>Sound.
Thanks @_360. Please try enabling the Mono Output in the Sound Settings while keeping the Mixtour Pro hardware switch in Stereo.

You say the Mixtour works fine with Traktor. I assume you are testing this also with a laptop then? Can you please also test with djay running on your laptop instead of on the Android device? Thanks!
I checked the operation of the controller with djay windows, there are no problems with the sound.

I just bought this controller to use it with an android phone and djay, no previous experience with this app in this bundle. but before buying, I installed the application of previous versions, there were no problems with the sound in the application. maybe need to set up something correctly in phone.

today I checked out version 5.4 and the latest decent one on playmarket. Thank you for your feedback.
The latest version of djay on the Google Play Store should be 5.6.2.

That’s odd. @_360 are you checking the Official Google Play Stores? What country are you located in?
Also, can you please try turning Key Lock Off on both decks to see if that helps with the audio issue? Select the musical next to the Tempo Fader so that is changes from Blue (On) to White (Off)
I had an old 5.4 version of the application, I tried it on it, then I upgraded to the latest version 5.6.2 and the result is the same.
disabling the key lock does not solve the problem.

Unfortunately I can’t think of anything else to suggest. We’ll have to wait until our engineering team has a chance to investigate this further.
I also noticed that similar clicks occur when switching the resonance filter parameter to any value. the click occurs when the parameter is switched and then approximately every 8 seconds.
