Basic queueing question for Djay Pro 2 (Mac):
If I am actively playing a song (just using one deck for now), and I want to modify which song plays next, my instinct would be to drag-and-drop the desired song to be next in the queue.
When the active song finishes, however, the program will actually SKIP the song I have put next in the queue, play the next track, then RETURN to the song I actually wanted next. What gives? I am fairly new to DJ software, so any advice is appreciated. I have to quickly react to dancers in a room, so being able to switch up the next song on a moment’s notice is very important to me. Thanks!
