A) SUMMARY OF ISSUE:

  • I am writing to request a refund for the “djay - DJ App & AI Mixer” yearly subscription,

    which automatically renewed on July 11, 2026. This was an accidental trial rollover, and I did not intend to renew.
    order number: GPA.3352-8447-9888-43306..0.

Is this on Apple? You can do it via the App Store can’t you? Or at least by googling how to get a refund from the Apple App Store.
