Hi anyone in community know how I would locate or where to get my subscription restored as paid the year fee upfront. Proof of purchase but not showing in Google play subscription section. Many thanks Djager
Hi @Francis_Darling, welcome to the Community! You should be able to simply download djay again from the Google Play Store using the same Play Store account that you purchased the subscription with. Your sub should be restored automatically.
If not, please open the djay Settings>My djay and select “Restore Purchases” near the bottom.
I also recommend that you create a djay Account so you can use your subscription across platforms on up to 5 devices:
