As stated, all the pro crossefader fx aren’t restored with a valid ( until September 2024) subscription.
Also checked and confirmed that Apple Store id is correct… the pop-up message says that was restored, but it’s not.
Any thoughts? Thanks
- Have you tried closing djay and rebooting your laptop?
- You could also try logging out of your Apple ID on your device then back in again.
- If that doesn’t work, I suggest you perform a backup, including your djaymedialibrary database file, then uninstall and reinstall djay Pro 5.0.
