Returning user but not able to subscribe

  • Version of djay 5.31
  • Hardware/controllers used *: Pioneer DDJ SB3

Summary of the issue:
I am a returning user my old subscription expired last year and now trying to subscirbe a new. But no matter whatever I do I am not able to subscribe its stuck on confirm subscription dialog box where it only has a cancel button. I have tried restarting my macbook as well as reinstalling djaypro but still the same. Appreciate your help on this thanks

Hi @Quarantine_Pilot, welcome to the Community! Please try subscribing with another device like an iPhone or Android phone. Note that a single djay subscription can be used across multiple devices.
