Any suggestions?
I tried spraying some deoxit in the fader, inspected it for debris (did not see any, the unit is very much unused). Still having the same issue.
Hard to think it’s a hardware issue, when rekordbox, serato and djay on mac OS do not exhibit this behavior - only iOS (ipad / iphone) versions of djay
If you’re using the (built-in) MIDI Mapping and have applied the Reset to Defaults in the Audio Devices settings, I can’t think of anything else to suggest. Is the device still under warranty? Can you request a replacement or repair?
