Sampler Latency

Hi,

While I am using samplers, I discovered a delay. I could not sync with the beats in the music. And I launched VirtualDJ to compare the latency. With the controller, I pressed one of the pads. VirtualDJ’s sample was played first. Then, djay PRO played its sample with the delay. There is a significant latency. Is there any configuration for that? I couldn’t find anything in the settings.

So that I can better assist you could you please answer the following questions:

  1. What version of macOS are you running?
  2. What version of djay are you using?
  3. Are you using an external controller to trigger these samples? If so, is it Bluetooth enabled?
  4. How long is this delay? Milliseconds, a few full seconds? etc.
