- there’s no search bar for playlists on iOS/ iPadOS like there is on macOS

if I’m searching for a playlist, I’m searching through all spotify

all I get is a small window and no way to search or organize the playlist

is there a way for iPadOS to add this search Bar for playlists on iPad and iPhone?

Hi again @max_mtl, is there a reason you would like this search in-line and separate from the general search which shows songs in full Spotify catalog + matching playlists in your library?
Yes. Because when you find the playlist you can only scroll through it.
If you then want to search by key or bpm you can’t.
On macOS there is a specific search bar for playlists.
It really helps when you have a lot of playlists.
I could maybe work around it if we could had Spotify songs to my collection
The first picture is from searching using the search bar (Spotify catalog + matching playlists)
The second is scrolling through my playlists and finding it. It has the option to sort the songs the first one doesn’t
This is on iOS (iPhone 15, iOS 26.3.1, djay 5.6.3)
On iPadOS it’s even worse because it just open a small separate window instead of opening the playlist
