"Select Playlist" appears twice and is somewhat confusing.

Both seem to do different things.
The first instance allows you to Select/Choose WHICH playlist to play.
The second instance STARTS the playlist you have selected previously above.

I would suggest the first instance wording is changed to
“Choose A Playlist”
then for the second instance
“Start Playlist”
