Serato FLAC files not showing Hot Cues & Saved Loops

Hi, I’m trying to migrate from Serato in a MacBook. Djay Pro 5 does recognize my hot cues and loop both when I load the track from the Serato crate and when I load then from Finder in all audio file formats EXCEPT for Flac files (I have about 50% of my library in files…). Is there anything that can be done so that Djay Pro 5 can read my hot cues and loops in Flac files? In case that’s a bug, is Algoriddim working on it? Best regards

Hi @CCuenca,

I checked with engineering and FLAC files are currently not support for reading Serato info from. Only MP4s and files with ID3 tags (mp3/aiff) currently work.
