Set hot cue colors

How can I set colors of hot cues on my DDJ-RB midi controller? Now they are all red.

Also, there sometimes is a little bit of delay when using the hot cues (using Spotify). Is that normal? How to resolve that, or is there any workaround for that (eg using all of them first before doing it live)?

Don’t know about the hot cues, but I have had latency issues with the performance pads on my Mixon 4 controller ever since the latest update. Apparently they ‘fixed’ the syncing on the last update and I think it has had some unexpected bugs.
