Setting different cue points on a cloned deck

Hello, I have a question about cue points. Say you have the same song loaded on both decks. Is there a way to set different cue points for each deck instead of the same cue points on both decks if they are cloned? For example I have deck A cued to a beat and deck B cued to a vocal instead of both decks being cued to a beat or vocal.
