Signing into Apple Music Bad URL Login Failed

iPadOS 17.4.1

When I go to sign in with your apple ID, I sign in, get to Access Request, click on allow, it appears to process, then I get Log In Failed \ bad URL. I am trying to sign into my apple music account on my son’s ipad. I can sign into my ipad without a problem.

I did a search in the forums and on google, and found some similar stuff, but nothing with these error messages.

Any advice?

Hi @cldaniel,

  1. Please open the Apple Music app on your iPad and log out of your account if you haven’t already.
  2. Close djay and the Apple Music App on your iPad.
  3. Perform a Forced Restart of your iPad: Force restart iPad - Apple Support
  4. After restarting, launch only the Apple Music app and log in.
  5. If your login to the Apple Music app is successful, launch djay and log into Apple Music from within djay using the same credentials as above.
