Hello everyone! I just wanted to give you a heads up that I’ll be away from the Community from May 27-31. I’ll check in here and there when I have internet access, but please don’t expect to see me here all day, everyday like usual 
- We’ve got a lot of helpful and knowledgeable power users in this Community, so I suspect they’ll be able to step in and provide a lot of assistance in my absence.
- In addition, we have recently launched a new djay Support Page with a ton of useful information and tips.
- This Support Page also contains links to our recently updated djay User Manuals
- From the Support Page, you can also Submit a Help Request to our official support team.
- You can also submit official support requests from within the djay App using the procedures below:
On iOS, Android and Windows:
- Open the djay app on your device.
- Navigate to Settings>Contact Support.
- Fill out the submission form and title your email "ATTN: SUPPORT – “The Title of your Community Topic” in the provided subject line.
- If you’ve already created a Community Topic for this issue, please also share a link to it in your email so support can reference what’s been discussed here.
On macOS:
- Open the djay Pro app on your Mac.
- In the top left corner of your screen, click on the portion of the menu bar that says “djay Pro”.
- In the drop-down menu, click on the button that says “Provide djay Pro Feedback”.
- Fill out the submission form that will pop up in your default browser and title your email "ATTN: SUPPORT – “The Title of your Community Topic” in the provided subject line.
- If you’ve already created a Community Topic for this issue, please also share a link to it in your email so support can reference what’s been discussed here.
