When i do a smart playlist with multiple genres it just goes blank, i have some clutter stuff that i need but not use too often so im trying to do smart playlist without those files but when i add more than 1 genre the smart playlist just goes blank is there any solution?

The difference is in the rules. Not so obvious which are “AND”, which “OR”…
If you do this way, it should work i.e show all tracks which are Blues or Disco
If you do it like this, it won’t work i.e show all tracks which are Blues and Disco
