I am trying to convert from Traktor to DJay Pro and I am finding the smart playlists restrictive - I am used to having more fields to use - File location is a big one for me as I manage my folders by genres so this is handy when creating smart playlists - It would also be good to transfer play counts over as starting from scratch is a bit of a headache finding / remembering the bigger tunes. Finally, quick artist search within the browser via a click when scrolling through songs - I use this to find different versions of the song it saves using the search bar. Are any of these features likely to be added?
DJay Pro doesn’t have the greatest ways into doing smart playlists. I’m waiting for it to expand more. I have to figure out other ways into creating smart playlists.
