Songs from itunes play but without audio on my windows 10 laptop.

Other songs play with no issues, but from iTunes they play but there is no audio.

I’m using iTunes.
It’s intergrated into djp’s software. Not sure what the issue would be there? I load a song from iTunes into djp and the deck runs it but there no sound.

I load a song ripped from a cd and it plays until djp crashes.
