Can anyone help me with this? On the DDJ GRV6 using iPad I would like to edit the effects used for the sound colour fx knobs. At the moment (pressing shift and select fx button) I can only select either noise, tape echo, reverb and another noise fx - is it possible to change this via midi mapping to select different effects?
Hi @CMM, welcome to the Community! I don’t have access to that hardware myself, but if you share some screenshots of the MIDI mapping for these FX select buttons, I can probably guide you through the process.

Here is a screen shot showing the available actions for the sound colour effect knobs, doesn’t seem to be any way of altering an effect in the action?
I don’t have a Grv 6 but if you check the advanced tab there maybe numbering, 0, 1, 2. Each number may correspond to an effect. Have a look and see if changes.

@CMM please confirm if expanding the Advanced Control Configuration section and setting different values works for you or not.
Unfortunately there are no other settings in Advanced Control Config other than what’s shown in the pic?
@CMM please share a screenshot of SHIFT + FX Select Button not the FX knob.
Thanks for the additional screenshot @CMM. Unfortunately, it looks like these cannot be user modified. This looks like it was hard coded into the MIDI mapping and cannot be adjusted using the djay MIDI Learn tool. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.
